Staff Rides: Ben's Commencal Absolut

Staff Rides: Ben's Commencal Absolut

While our athletes undoubtedly have some of the nicest bikes around, the staff at Title can certainly hold their own when it comes to 'bike check quality' rides. This time, I am going to be doing a bike check on my personal DJ bike, the Commencal Absolut. I purchased this bike in May and have been very pleased with it to date. I appreciate that Commencal offers multiple size options when it comes to the Absolut, as I feel as though this is an aspect of dirt jump bikes that is often overlooked due to the 'one size fits all' mantra associated with many jump bikes today.

Follow along as I take you through how I set up my Absolut and what specs I am running.

Doesn’t the spider interfere with the chain and chainring at that 30 tooth count and a 104 bcd?
