I absolutely look under the up cycled program first, not to save a buck (however I am not complaining about saving a buck). The products are the same and as far as imperfections from Title, I have never seen one on any product from Title regardless if it’s from the upcycle program or from the normal product, in fact it over the years has been the only one that I have never had a flaw in paint like a chip or scratch and never had dings or tiny dents in the aluminum. I attribute this to the owner who wouldn’t want anything less and the model second to none fits perfectly to the company and the owner.
